Q: Who do I contact with problems about the website?

          A: For design, content, and capabilities you may contact the TWC webmaster by email at webmaster@tucsonwater.org

 

Q: Who do I contact if I am having a problem with my domestic or irrigation water meter?

          A: As stated in the by-laws it is the homeowners responsibility to ensure meters are in working order. If a homeowner has a problem with a meter it is the responsibility of the homeowner to inform a board member.

 

Q: When and where are the annual meetings held?

          A: The annual meetings are held in the beginning half of May at the Salem St. water house unless another location has been specified by the water company. For more information please watch for the April lengthy mailing.

 

Q: Where is the pubic notice information concerning fluoride information in domestic drinking water?

          A: A copy of the fluoride concentration notice was included with your welcome packet. This document is also now available on the web site on the home page under the Notices & Reports section. You can also contact a board member, or the secretary, or by email at: twc@tucsonwater.org.

 

Q: Where can I obtain a copy of the by-laws of Tucson Water Company?
